Travelling by Eurotunnel

With a crossing time of just 35 minutes and up to three departures per hour, the tunnel is a quick and easy way to cross the channel.

We can arrange your Eurotunnel booking at low costs:

Subject to availability, the supplements are just £80 each way (£120 on high season dates - see below).

Call our Customer Service team on 01825 748318 to check availability and book.

Check-in time is 30 minutes before departure, using just your booking reference (and, of course, your passport!). If you're very early, you may be bumped forward to an earlier crossing. Exit checks mean that you will need to submit API (Advance Passenger Information) beforehand, but this is easy to do online or over the phone with Eurotunnel – look out for the email that Eurotunnel will send you when we make the booking for you.

There are cafés and shops in both Eurotunnel terminals, plus free WiFi. The French terminal has a large duty-free shop, ideal for last minute purchases. Outbound and on your return, both UK and French border checks take place before boarding.
