Volunteering

Volunteers play a key role in delivering amazing holidays for our guests. With a variety roles to suit people of all ages and backgrounds, we’d love you to consider joining our team in France.

There are three main areas in which volunteers serve.

  • Our Animateur team delivers our spiritual programme for children and young people plus supports our entertainment, sport and activities programme for all ages. They also support our Bénévole teams in delivering other guest service roles alongside their main programme work.
  • Our Bénévole teams help with a range of practical operational and guest service roles that are essential in delivering a great holiday experience.
  • Our Montage/Demontage team help set up the site in April/May, working before our guests arrive, or after they leave as we prepare the site for the winter months in September.

These are not paid roles, but we do provide food and accommodation to all those who volunteer full time with us (35 hours per week), plus additional support with travel and the option to apply for financial sponsorship if volunteering for four or more weeks. All our volunteers, whether volunteering for a short or longer period, have full access to our programmes and the site facilities.
