Half Term offers all the amazing experiences of a Le Pas Opton summer holiday but with lower prices, starting at just £410 for a family of four including Dover-Calais ferry crossings*.

Running Saturday to Saturday, this is an action-packed week that is fun for all the family. With morning children’s and youth programmes provided by the Youth for Christ team led by Beth Newman and Sam Hughes, a packed afternoon and evening activities programme and all the amazing facilities on site to enjoy, your Half Term holiday with us will be unforgettable!

There will be loads going on in the children’s groups this week with games, drama, crafts, songs and more, all while learning about Jesus. The evening gatherings offer fantastic family fun, with all-age activities and lively worship. Don’t worry, teenagers will have a great time too with activities and space for them to be themselves.

Flexibility

The programme is set to run for Saturday arrivals and departures, but you can stay extra days at a low nightly rate. You can even come Sunday-Sunday if that works better for you. Online bookings can only be made Saturday-Saturday though: call us on 01825 748318 to book other options.

Andy has been in pastoral ministry and church leadership for over 30 years. A gifted and passionate Bible teacher, preacher and church leader. He has a deep love for Jesus and people and a strong spiritual gifts of encouragement and compassion.

Before entering ministry, Andy served as a police officer in The Thames Valley Police and later as a police inspector in the Royal Hong Kong Police. But God had a different calling - to be a policeman of his people: to protect them, encourage them, teach them and love them.

After 10 years as pastor of Welcome Baptist Church in Heathfield, East Sussex, with his wife Jo and three sons, has moved to the West Country. Andy has been appointed as the new Webnet Regional Team Leader for the West of England Baptist Association.

    April Ballard is a worship leader and songwriter living in the Southwest of England. After meeting Jesus in Bristol, she has spent the past 13 years serving and ministering in the city she loves. In 2021, April and her husband planted Open House Community church, where she now serves as Senior Pastor. She has led worship at a range of local and national gatherings, including New Wine and David's Tent, for the past 6 years. April's desire is that through music, leadership, and service, her life would reflect Romans 11:36 - from Him and through Him and to Him are all things.

      Bethan Newman works with Youth for Christ as the Deputy Director of Resources. She is passionate about young people finding hope and joy in God and is a big fan of travelling, reading, Disney, drawing and whales.


      Sam Hughes is the full-time NextGen Pastor at Lifecentral Church, located just outside Birmingham, where he leads the church’s ministries for kids and youth. With over 12 years of diverse experience in ministry, Sam’s primary passion lies in children’s ministry. He is dedicated to creating innovative, exciting and engaging programmes that connect with children in meaningful ways. Sam is committed to fostering environments where kids can grow in faith through fun and relevant experiences.
