Travelling by Eurotunnel

mapEurotunnel is the fastest way to cross the Channel at just 35 minutes.  There are up to 4 crossings per hour and checking in and boarding are both very easy.

Our brochure gives details of Eurotunnel prices. In high season, crossings to Calais are every 20 minutes.

You need to check in no later than 30 minutes before departure but no earlier than 2 hours before.   All you need is your booking reference and the credit/debit card you used to make your booking (and, of course, your passport).

Eurotunnel terminal

train

There are the usual  cafes and Duty Free shops at the Eurotunnel terminal in both Calais and Folkestone so if you do arrive with time to spare you can stretch your legs and make those last minute purchases. You can even check your emails before boarding as the terminal buildings now have free Wifi.

Booking your crossing

We can make your Eurotunnel booking for you at the same time as your holiday booking or you can book yourself.  Either way, take a look at the Eurotunnel website, there's lots of useful information about driving in France.
