Conference, Group and Event Facilities
Each year Le Pas Opton hosts groups, both large and small. We’ve gained an excellent reputation for managing group visits, conferences and tailored events. We offer delegates the opportunity to ‘get away from it all’ and benefit from this unique meeting environment where they are able to enjoy all the facilities of the park and its atmosphere – adding value and a special quality to any event or conference.
Accommodation is available all year round. In April, May & October we are able to offer conference facilities including accommodation for up to 600 people. For smaller groups, such as church leadership teams and housegroups, or for multiple families who just want to get away from it all, up to 30 people can be accommodated across our three luxury villas. The heated swimming pool, bar, restaurant, sports and leisure facilities can all be made available for you and your group.
We can help with travel arrangements, such as organising a coach to transport your group and all the details involved with putting on such an event.

Our conference facilities include:
- Entertainments room, seating approx 150 with small stage, lighting and sound systemLarge lounge and bar area, linked to the Entertainments room with removable acoustic partition. Meetings for 200+ are possible here; sound system installed
- Restaurant with seating at tables for 40, or theatre style for 60+
- Heated marquee with sound system, lighting and stage, seating up to 600 in lightweight chairs. These can be easily cleared away, making the marquee into a multi-purpose venue for various purposes including large-scale meals
- Three houses, including two with lounge/dining areas able to seat 20—30 or accommodate, (for example) small scale children’s activities. Some small conferences use the three houses for a complete conference
- Kitchen and permanent chef able to cater for delegates with a variety of menus or self-catering options
