We have three beautiful Vendéen style villas set within the Le Pas Opton perimeter and each of them provides the perfect environment to spend time with family, friends or church group.

» Le Printemps (sleeps 10) - fully accessible for wheelchair users
» L'Ete (sleeps 8 people)

Equipped to a high standard

Whether you choose La Moisson, Le Printemps or L’Ete, each villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard, so you’ll immediately feel at home. Each villas has its own private gardens, with private parking.

Naturally the villas come fully equipped with TV, DVD and video player, hi-fi stereo, towels, sheets, pillows, pillow-cases, duvets with covers and central heating for the cooler months. Crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils, and access to all the facilities Le Pas Opton has to offer.

Available all year round

All three properties are available to rent throughout the year, and whilst the site facilities may be closed out of season, they make a great base from which to explore the area and are very popular over Christmas and the New Year.

La Moisson

This spacious, tastefully decorated 2 storey villa can comfortably sleep up to 12 people.

The fully-fitted kitchen includes:

Double-width gas cooker with double oven, grill and five-burner hob

Washing machine (in the adjacent utility area)

A light and airy open plan dining area seats 12 at a large, farmhouse style table. This is adjacent to the beautifully furnished modern lounge with wood-effect stove.

Le Printemps

This beautifully decorated bungalow can accommodate up to 10 people.

The kitchen is fitted in French Oak and along with the utility room, features:

Washing machine

The oak-beamed dining room features a table for 10 by a large open fire and the comfortable lounge has an enclosed wood-burning stove.

Printemps also features a large, well-kept garden with beautiful shrubs and flowers where you can sit, relax and enjoy the sunshine. The garden is totally enclosed and separate from the rest of the holiday park.

L’Ete

This gorgeous 4 bedroomed bungalow with its Vendéen blue shutters and whitewashed exterior will comfortably sleep 8.
It comprises of 1 double bedroom with en suite facilities and 3 twin bedrooms.
